At present,there are approximately 4.5 million panel teachers working as class teachers in the middle school.They have both the responsibilities of teaching and educating and affect more than 200 million students.In the group of panel teachers working as class teachers,the proportion of Chinese teachers in the middle school working as class teachers is much higher than others and they have more impact on students.However,many first-line Chinese teachers are unwilling and do not dare to be the class teachers and the disadvantages of Chinese teachers working as class teacher are further amplified while the advantages are totally ignored because the great pressures of being class teachers and heavy teaching assignments of Chinese teaching.Actually,its advantages overweight its disadvantage and compared to other panel teachers,Chinese teachers working as class teachers have more advantages which come from the combination of the roles of Chinese teachers and class teachers.Pursuant to the professional books and education essays of the excellent Chinese class teachers Wei Shusheng,Ren Xiaoai,Li Zhenxi etc.,this article combines some specific cases in the daily education of the first-line Chinese class teachers in the middle school with actual investigation to prove the unique advantages of Chinese teachers working as class teachers and further analyzes and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the Chinese teachers working as class teachers in middle school to provide the Chinese class teachers in the middle school with some help for their class management and Chinese teaching.There are totally four parts in this article.The first part is the introduction which provides a brief introduction of the reach background,literature review,methodology and innovation at first.In the second part,an investigation was conducted in accordance with the relationship between the role of Chinese teachers in the middle school and class teachers to present the unique disadvantages of the Chinese teachers in middle school working as class teachers and refute the realistic psychological cognition that the first-line Chinese teachers are not suitable to be class teachers.In the third party,based on the closed relationship between Chinese teachers and class teachers,the article actively explores the mutual progress between Chinese teaching and class teachers' work in the middle school and proves and explains the reason that Chinese teachers in the middle school have their own unique advantages byeducational narration.In the fourth part,the disadvantages of Chinese teachers in the middle school working as class teachers are summarized and according to that how to overcome the adverse factors through the advantages of Chinese teachers in the middle school working as class teachers is further discussed.The last part is summary which summarizes the unique advantages of Chinese teachers in the middle school working as class teachers and explores the disadvantages so as to achieve a win-win situation in Chinese teaching and class teachers' work and also hopes to provide experiences for the first-line Chinese class teachers in the middle school.
