This article selects a teaching age 27 years of rural kindergarten teacher,using the role theory analyses her life story,a day of life,and on the role theory to analyze the living predicament facing her.From the work and life fully restore a state of existence of rural kindergarten teacher,and analyzes the predicament of the characters in the development,learning,and the present stage of life.and aimed at these unfavorable condition put forward its own improvement strategy.Including increasing rural preschool teachers' role in propaganda,increase funding and improve the training mechanism,strengthening the construction of rural teacher's role,pay close attention to the inner world of the female characters,to satisfy their emotional needs.Strive to improve the survival state of the rural kindergarten teacher.
