Teachers professional identity is to his professional basic nature,value and norms of perception and evaluation,is a professional environment and dynamic development process of interaction,in the different stages of career development,the development characteristics and its influence factors are different.This study selected professional identity with the school environment as a breakthrough point,through novice to understand elementary school physical education teachers’ professional identity development phase and the characteristics of the each stage of novice and attempts to explore elementary school physical education teachers professional identity of school environmental impact factors,and the primary school new school sports teachers’ professional identity and environmental factors affecting the relationship between the mechanism.For three continuous research in this paper.Study the development characteristics of a novice elementary school physical education teachers professional identity.Through purposeful sampling way,choose the teaching experience for 5 to 10 6 years of primary school physical education teachers in-depth interviews,transcription of audio data,52395 words,using NVivo8.0 software for qualitative analysis found that novice elementary school sports teachers’ professional identity development has experienced three stages,and each phase presents different characteristics.Study two novice elementary school physical education teachers professional identity of school environmental factors.Using grounded theory to research the audio data encoding,the resulting core code 2,relational code 7,open coding 19.Novice three primary school sports teachers’ professional identity and the relationship between the school environment.Adopts quota sampling method,from the selection of six provinces and municipalities to novice physical education teachers to investigate 360 elementary school,the final revision of the \ "school environment\",and the multiple regression analysis with professional identity,the relation between the two.The conclusion is as follows:1.Elementary school sports teachers’ professional identity development has experienced three stages,namely stage of recruits-differentiation stage,to adapt to the stage,stage,plateau phase-differentiation stage,and each phase presents different characteristics.2.The factors affecting primary novice physical education teachers professional school environment can be divided into two large,important others and school sports environment factors.Some important others,mainly including the influence of the school,help the teacher(master),the influence of students,school sports environment mainly includes the influence of atmosphere in teaching and research section,work,school sports facilities.3.The school environment is composed of seven factors of multidimensional structure,namely,the influence of school leadership,work conditions,the development of teaching and research section ethos,the influence of the students,the hardware facilities,help and the influence of the teacher,the workload.After the test,reliability and validity of this paper revised the school environment scale has good reliability and validity,can be used as evaluation of school environment influence factors of effective and reliable tools.4.Novice elementary school sports teachers’ professional identity and high correlation between the school environment,and school environment of each dimension in addition to the workload and negatively correlated with professional identity,other have positive correlation.5.The school environment to the novice physical education teachers in primary schools to the positive prediction function of professional identity,but the school environment dimensions rate exist obvious differences for the forecast of professional identity,and from big to small in turn provides the effect of school leadership,work conditions,the development of students,help the teacher’s influence,the influence of work ethos,hardware facilities,teaching and research section.
