With the social and economic development level,people's living standard is generally improved,the market for consumers to choose the number of agricultural products and more and more kinds of people,so the demand for agricultural products is not only the number,but pay more attention to the quality.However,in recent years,there are serious agricultural product safety incidents,making the agricultural market situation is grim,many consumers are therefore more and more lack of trust in the quality of agricultural products,it also affects the purchasing behavior of consumers.At the same time,consumers on the quality of agricultural products will also affect the attitude of the government department management situation of the market,actively enhance consumer awareness on the quality of agricultural products to maintain a good market order and atmosphere.The quality standard of agricultural products in different details vary widely,in order to build a convenient and quantitative index of paper,selection of Gannan navel orange as the typical commodity investigation and analysis.Through a questionnaire survey of consumers on the cognitive level of quality of Gannan navel orange's general situation,the impact of building consumer factors on the cognitive level of the quality index system of Gannan navel orange by literature analysis and expert scoring,and use logistic regression model to analyze the influence of various factors to the cognitive level.In addition,taking into account the consumer may affect consumer behavior on the cognitive level of the quality of Gannan navel orange,were also investigated and quantified on consumer buying behavior,again regression model to analyze the cognitive level of sound quality influence purchase behavior by logistic.Through the investigation and analysis of consumer quality cognition of Gannan navel orange is generally not high,the overall level of awareness needs to be improved,some factors have significant influence on the quality of the cognitive level of influence factors.In the consumer purchasing behavior,the price factor is more prominent,and the quality of different classification of cognitive level on the purchase behavior also has different degree of influence.To this end,the government departments should play a positive role in promoting the use of different forms of publicity so that consumers understand the significance of food safety,consumer awareness of food hygiene.At the same time,enterprises and individual operators should be strict with themselves,to ensure the quality of agricultural products,but also in accordance with the needs of the market to make adjustments to productiondecisions in order to avoid losses.For consumers,we should pay close attention to the quality of agricultural products,develop their own awareness,improve the level of awareness,make a reasonable purchase decision.
