Research On The Social Work Intervention To The Iandless Peasants' Social Adaptation

With the accelerating process of urbanization in China,an increasing number of landless peasants.The peasants lost their land and,changed their living environment and lifestyle.Therefore,the problem of the landless peasants adapting to the city has become an important issue in city development.Solving the problem of farmers' social adaptation have very important influence on economic and society,and realizing social fairness and the development of China's modernization.In this paper,to solve the problem of landless peasants in the process of urbanization.First of all,this paper expounds the current situation of social adaptation of landless peasants,the number of landless peasants has increased dramatically,they are farmers,but there is no land,they are citizens,but not the same as the treatment of urban people,they are the product of system.In the economic aspects of landless peasants employment,income and pension security is not met.In terms of social relations,they have a variety of adaptation,such as narrow social support network,community participation is not high.On the surface,it is the negative performance of urban life,but it is the active return after the balance of interests.Compared to the citizen,many landless farmers are more willing to choose to return to the farmers.In psychology,there is a lack of identity,sense of belonging and social life satisfaction,because of the different life style and values,the landless peasants have low self-identity in the city.It also discusses the influencing factors from the aspects of the ability and quality of the landless peasants,the perspective of the government behavior and the macro institutional factors.Secondly,from the professional social work methods,three angles from the method of group social work community work method,social work and case study on solving the problems of landless farmers social ways and methods of adaptation.Finally,from the government,society,community and individual level,the paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions and Countermeasures to the urban adaptation of land lost farmers.
