The Research Of Social Adaptation Of Harbin Songbei Town Landless Peasants During The Urbanized Advancement

With respect to rapidly developing China society, urbanization has been expand the ratio of land-less peasants in urban population with a certain velocity and scale independent of people's will. However, land-less peasants can hardly adapt the new life because the more and more little channels of placement. The social adaptation of land-less peasants refers not only to the livingprotection, but to a transition course from a peasant to a city person. For a peasant, it involves every aspects of adjustment such as living style, sense of worth and social mentality, etc. In order to investigate the social adaptation problem of land-less peasants, under the theory frame of Jurgen Habermas, the architecture of the paper is established, according to which the content of paper is analysed strictly. Based on the social behavior of Jurgen Habermas theory, the problem of social adaptation is divided into three parts, namely, the bedding surface of economy, society and mentality. In this paper, the bedding surface of economy coresponds to the teleological action of Jurgen habermas theory .Here, the economy functions operate primaryly and its corresponding social adaptation lay the foundation for the bedding surface of economy of society and mentality. Similarly, surface of society and mentality corespond to the normatively regulated action and dramaturgical action, respectively, both of which are further extension of the economy surface.By use of the combined method of deep interview and comparing analysis, the writer carrier on painstaking investigation and analysis to the social adaptation problem of 30 land-less peasants lived in the Song-bei town of Song-bei section in Harbin city. The writer found the problem of existence of seriously inequal compensation, very difficult employment and high deficiency protection for the landless peasants of Song-bei town, which must be solved from the joint efforts of the peasants themselves, the government and the perfection of system.
