| With China’s rapid economic development,more frequent interaction between urban and rural population,a large number of the rural population into cities to work.Due to the limitation of economic conditions and the household registration system,Rural migrant workers were forced to keep their children in rural life,these is left in the rural children are called rural left-behind children,by the grandparents as guardian care.Although the grandparents guarded their best care,but due to the grandparents of their own age,lack of knowledge,lack of energy and other reasons.These problems hindering the healthy growth of the rural left-behind children,need to solve by social party’s cooperation.At present,the research on the left-behind children in rural areas in China is mostly at the macro level,from the national and social point of view on the protection of rural children left behind the protection of such research covers a wide range but lack of operability and effectiveness.This paper analyzes the causes and characteristics of the left-behind children in rural areas by combining the case stories of rural left-behind children with the family problems of rural children left behind,using the methods and techniques of case work,the professional spirit of "helping others to help themselves" and the "people-oriented" service concept.So that the owner of the more humane care,mainly from the micro level to discuss two aspects: rural children left behind family problems and personal problems,to find the appropriate measures to solve the rural children left behind psychological depression,lack of emotion,self-abandonment,rebellious problem,to help them build confidence,to establish a correct outlook on life,values,morality to achieve self-worth.This paper based on a working case during the professional practice,which uses the research method of family social work,combined with family therapy model and cognitive behavior family model,through the combination of literature investigation and interview.From the case of the problem found to proceed,into the family.Summarize the basic research of this paper by taking a few steps to summarize the project,estimate,plan,intervention and evaluation.The research process also uses empathy,active listening,support and other different professional skills.Through the above professional theory and technology in order to solve some of the problems left behind by rural children,and how to provide professional services. |
