The Research Of The Competency Model Of The MBA Students

Since the American scholar McClelland put forward the quality model concept of competency model in our country has developed over the past 20 years,after the results of the study involved in all walks of life to work,in twenty-first Century,the introduction of quality model in Colleges and universities from the specific industry of university teaching teachers and researchers have developed the corresponding quality model,quality the development model of students also have the corresponding research.The professional degree education system began in 1991,after ten years of hard construction,professional degree education has made many achievements,Professional MBA education is one of the first professional degree education.Today,the country's MBA training colleges and universities have more than 100,the annual enrollment of more than 20 thousand people.In recent years,the research on the quality model of MBA graduate students began to appear,this paper also put forward their own research questions in this context,that is,to build a quality model for MBA graduate students in Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics.In this paper,the questionnaire was compiled by literature research and interviews,and exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used to obtain the competency model of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics.The model consists of 32 elements and 6 dimensions: management practice,academic research,knowledge reserve,thinking ability,personality quality,and will quality of the six latitudes.
