The Application Research On The Competency Model Of The Teachers’ Competency In The Electric Power University

The purpose of this study is to provide improved support for human resource management in electric power university in the future,by the construction of competence quality model for teachers working in electric power university.This article, taking the competency theory as the foundation and taking D electric power universities as the research object options,first of all, through the literature analysis, interview, open questionnaire to obtain the competency factors,established competency factor database for power of university teachers who work in electric power university. Then this article made competency questionnaire according to the competency factors,through which analyzed the survey data of model. After obtaining data through quantitative analysis this article established power of university teachers competency, that is EPTC model. Finally, based on the EPTC model this article researched the application of human resource management in electric power university.The research conclusion is as follows:First, this article established the competency factor database of teachers working in electric power university,drew up competency questionnaire, which provides data support for the establishment of competency model of teachers who working in electric power university.Secondly, the study established a model for teachers working in electric power university,this model contains 25 teachers’ competence factors such as personal traits, occupation attitude, teaching skills, learning skills, management skills, sense of service six competence dimensions and influence, the spirit of dedication, insight and observation, the awareness of innovation,that is EPTC model.Those works provides a theoretical basis for the human resource management in electric power university. Finally, this article analyzed the problems existing in the current electric power university in human resource management, and gave the suggestions and application of improved aspect of the methods and processes in human resources management such as recruitment, performance appraisal, teacher training, teacher occupation career development,which was based on the establishment of EPTC model.
