Education is the foundation of one country,and the key of education depends on teachers.Pre-school education is an important part of national education.The kindergarten teacher,as the specific practitioner,is the primary resource of pre-school education,as well as the first factor affecting the quality of preschool education.With the implementation of the Outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Program for Education Reform and Development(2010—2020)and the Opinions of the State Council on the Current Development of Pre-school Education around the country,a three-year action plan for pre-school education has been carried out.A large number of new kindergarten teachers come to work in pre-school education area.But during the concrete work in the kindergarten,these new teachers still have some problems,such as]ack of the ability of linking theory with teaching practice,lack of practical operation experiences,and so on.Therefore,how to improve the professional abiity of the new teachers,how to adapt to the kindergarten life quickly and implement the teaching work better is a new topic to be studied in kindergarten.Environment is an important educational resource,which plays a unique role in the development of the children,especially the regional activity environment.As the activity places which the children like best,the regional activity environment is an important platform of the teacher-child interaction.Thus,Strengthening the training of the new teachers' creation of regional activity environment is of great significance.The research design.Include the research contents,research methods and research sample.This study selects the new teachersworking less than 5 years in a top level kindergarten in Tianjin as the object of the research.By using literature method,action research method,questionnaire survey and other methods,to conduct data sampling and analysis of the training scheme of the regional activity environment creation.The research process of the new teachers training on regional activity environment creation.Include four stages,namely on the basis of the demand of the new teachers,combining with the specific requirements of Professional Standard,to formulate targeted training goals,set up training contents,select training methods,carry out training activities and evaluation.By using a spiral way of design,implementation,evaluation,finding problems and modifying the conclusion,continuously improve the three-time training,so as to improve the kindergarten teachers' creation level of the regional activity environment.
