With the promotion of parents' concept of children's cultivation,the teaching concept and mode of Montessori education have attracted the attention of many parents,so Montessori kindergarten has become the target of some children's parents.The core of Montessori's educational philosophy is to create a prepared environment for young children.Children can develop their independence in a prepared environment,which is conducive to the cultivation of concentration and social communication ability,and eventually form a peaceful society in the ideal of sound personality construction.The elements of the Montessori environment include Montessori teachers,Montessori teaching aids and children.The main body of the environment is the Montessori teacher.The Montessori kindergarten teachers must be fully prepared before they can create a healthy personality for young children.Therefore,Montessori teachers must first have a correct understanding of the Montessori environment,and secondly have an accurate positioning of their role.Teachers must understand the principles and methods of Montessori education,the Montessori environment creation concept,and basic observation skills.Therefore,to create an environment suitable for children's development depends on the teacher's deep grasp of children and the environment.The research object of this study is the current situation of environment creation of Montessori kindergarten teachers.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 232 serving kindergarten teachers.Based on the data and information obtained,the current situation of environment creation of Montessori kindergarten teachers was analyzed from different dimensions.In-depth interviews analyzed the factors that currently affect their environment creation,and finally put forward feasible countermeasures to improve the creation of Montessori kindergarten teachers.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Teachers pay attention to the aesthetics,order,authenticity of materials,and suitabilityof teaching aids in environment creation;2.The lack of foreign exchange in the park;There is a lack of guidance from expert teachers.The ratio of boys to girls in the class is unbalanced.Teachers' ability to observe and extend teaching aids needs to be improved.The lack of Montessori's teaching experience leads to difficulties in individualized education.There are significant differences in teaching design,teaching implementation and teaching feedback among teachers with different number of students.3.Factors influencing the creation of Montessori kindergarten teachers' environment:external factors: teaching and research in the garden,external communication in the garden,active communication and cooperation between teachers;the ratio of male and female children in the class,and the professional Montessori education and training that the teacher has undergone Internal factors: teachers' knowledge structure,autonomy and career planning.Combining the influencing factors and the suggestions made by the teachers during the interview,we summarized the improvement measures from three aspects: society,the campus,and the teachers themselves: normal colleges set up Montessori education courses and strengthened homeland cooperation;the park increased investment in Montessori teachers Training,the institute strengthens Montessori teaching and research,links garden exchanges,realizes resource sharing,and introduces experts to enter the garden;multi-channel learning,internalize Montessori education theory,formulate personal promotion plans,maintain teacher-teacher communication,and enjoy observation experience.
