It has been shown that kindergarten teachers' occupational commitment is an important concept of kindergarten teachers' professional psychology.It is means that kindergarten teachers' ownrecognition of kindergarten work.The study shows that social support can have a significant impact on occupational commitment.Therefore,this paper will focus on the relationship berween kindergarten teachers' social support and their occupational commitment.This study takes 252 teachers in 6 kindergartens in Tianjin as the research object,examines the status of social support and occupational commitment of kindergarten'teachers through literature and questionnaire,and explores the relationship between the two,and tries to improve the kindergarten teachers 'social support,so as to improve the kindergarten teachers' occupational commitment to provide feasible suggestions.This study draws the following conclusions:(1)Tianjin kindergarten teachers' social support is at a moderate level.(2)There are significant differences in the demographic variables of kindergarten teachers' social support.(3)Tianjin kindergarten teachers occupational commitment at a moderate level.(4)kindergarten teachers occupational commitment in the demographic variables there are differences.(5)The social support and kindergarten teachers' social support were significantly correlated with the occupational commitment,the correlation coefficient between the two was 0.474,reaching a very significant level(p<0.01).(6)The results of regression analysis show that social support has a good predictive effect on kindergarten teachers' occupational commitment.Based on the above conclusions,this study proposes the following recommendations:(1)new teachers attention,offers a variety of support for new teachers,improve the level of social support(2)emphasizes the kindergarten management people-oriented,emphasis on kindergarten teachers subjective experience,enhance the subjective support(3)social and kindergartens for the kindergarten teachers provide favorable opportunity to establish social support system and the environment(4)society and parents understand the kindergarten teachers'occupation(5)national education department in charge of protecting the legitimate rights of teachers,improve the status of teachers,improve teacher welfare and increase teachers' occupation attraction...
