In recent years,the phenomenon that the rate of students' raising head is low and they are absent-minded occurs in the classroom teaching of the school.It reflects that interaction frequency between teachers and students is not high,teacher's teaching is monotonous,students don't agree with teacher's teaching ways and styles and other problems in the classroom teaching.In addition,some research indicates that there is a shortage of practice capacity in the current training of Master of Education.In order to improve the students' raising head rate in the classroom and improve the practice ability of education master,in this paper a two-teacher collaborative teaching model was presented,and a 13-week teaching practice in course-Multimedia Interactive Interface Design in some school was carried out.The double teacher team teaching mode is an organizational teaching form in which is graduate student teachers and senior teachers collaborate,and the two teachers work together to complete the teaching plan,participate in the classroom teaching and jointly complete the study guidance and evaluation of the students.Through the analysis of the S-T analysis,the class interaction type in this mode was found to be mixed,and the proportion of teachers' activities was similar;based on the statistical analysis of the number of questions that students took the initiative to answer,the students' class notes,the quality of the students' homework and so on,it was found that in this mode the students participated in classroom teaching effectively.The teaching effect in this study was represented and measured with 8 variables-notes basis,notes originality,question answering,homework foundation,homework originality,homework sharing,the interaction design level and interaction design originality,and through correlation analysis and regression analysis,it was found that in the double teacher team teaching mode,the main factors affecting the final level of interaction design was whether homework met the teacher's requirements,homework originality and whether students took the initiative to answer questions;the main factors influencing students' interaction design originality were the students'originality in the homework.In this study reference was provided for collaborative teaching practitioners,and teaching practice cases were provided for the application of collaborative teaching,and a model was provided for cultivating educational ability of education master.
