At present,the secondary vocational education in our country has entered the connotation development by the scale expansion.The secondary vocational education environment and industry conditions with specifications of continuous adjustment,the vocational school teac hers team construction,facing the double quality is not high,lack of part-time teachers,echelon structure is irrational;training mode and mechanism behind,is not conducive to effective allocation of educational resources,limit the quality of secondary vocational school teachers cultivation.In this context of education and economy,the state proposed three batches of key support for the reform and development of secondary vocational education model schools in 1000.The purpose is to lead the development of the secondary vocational schools through the demonstration school construction.As an important part of the model school,the construction of the contingent of teachers is the foundation of the construction of the model school,which plays an important role in the reform and development of the secondary vocational education.Based on the understanding of the confusion,and the actual needs of the teachers in secondary vocational schools based in cultivation,combined with the national model CJ vocational school construction project of the construction of teachers,focusing on the "double quality,with professional and culture" of the new mode,"four echelon raining" new mechanism,in order to improve the teachers' professional the level of knowledge a nd practical skills,optimize the structure of teachers,to ensure the smooth development of teachers.Finally,the representative of the CJ vocational school in Guangzhou as a typical case for other vocational schools to provide reference and model building.this paper is divided into six chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,introduces the research background and significance,occupation education teacher team construction related review,research design and methods;the second chapter is the definition and theoretical basis of the concept of "secondary vocational school,model school","double quality","four step culture" concept definition;analysis of this thesis involves the theoretical basis;the third chapter focuses on the analysis of Guangzhou city C occupation school teachers before the project construction problems and reasons;the fourth chapter is to introduce the new mode of "double quality,with professional and training","four echelon training" new mechanism of specific practices,characteristics,security mechanism.The fifth chapter introduces the typical cases of the construction of the teaching staff in the demonstration project of the C vocational school in Guangzhou.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,draws the conclusion,points out the shortcomings of this study and the suggestions for the follow-up study.
