'Double teacher teaching' is a kind of national financial support, aimed at promoting education equity, public welfare, innovative distance teaching mode.The model is based on the network platform, taking the urban primary and secondary schools of outstanding teachers classroom teaching live, in the form of remote recording and broadcasting for rural schools to provide quality teaching resources. 'Double teacher teaching' is essentially taking the city's quality teaching resources to rural primary and secondary schools, to promote the improvement of rural school teaching quality and teacher professional level.In order to make better use of the function of the project, that rural teachers can make better use of 'Double teacher teaching' resources. This article based on the Guangxi 'Double teacher teaching' mode training reform pilot project.To investigate the current situation of rural teachers'training; found out the defects that teachers in the use of the teaching method of the 'Double Teacher Teaching' resources; analyze the cause and make reasonable suggestions. This paper summarizes the successful practice of the typical schools, how to make effective use of the teaching method of'Double teacher teaching', and to understand the changes of learning attitude before and after the implementation of the 'Double teacher teaching'. Provide the realistic basis for the decision-making of the education management institutions, provide reference for the reform and development of basic education and the construction of rural teachers.The use of the questionnaires to 70 rural teachers from Guangxi Nanning, Beihai, Qinzhou,Fangchenggang, Laibin, Baise, Chongzuo seven cities 'Double teacher teaching' project.The main contents of the questionnaire include the main purpose of rural teachers to participate in the'Double Teacher Teaching' project, the application of 'Double Teacher Teaching' resources,Whether the teaching ability has been improved, and so on. The study found that rural primary school has not yet opened the national regulations of English, music, art, information technology courses, but rural Junior middle school has opened all national courses. The purpose of most rural teachers is to learn new educational ideas and teaching methods to improve their comprehensive ability in teaching, a small number of assignments for the school. In the application of resources, most rural teachers will be 'Double Teacher Teaching' resources and their teaching content of the integration of teaching.In addition to the basic needs of computers,information technology, and related training, rural teachers also want the support and help of their colleagues, as well as the support and affirmation of the principal.A period of 2 weeks of field research in Guangxi Shanglin County Sanli Middle School found that: First, the Sanli middle school set up a double teacher teaching subject research, the subject name for the 'seventh grade mathematics new teaching double teacher teaching'.basing on the subject to carry out' Double teacher teaching' practice and academic research. Second, the task force members through the double teacher teaching practice, writing practical research papers which were used to publish or participate in competitions and awards. Thirdly, the second classroom teachers in the practice of double teachers continue to explore and study, to explore the effective teaching of the two teaching resources integrated lesson preparation mode and classroom teaching mode. Fourth. the double teacher teaching to increase student interest in learning, so that students learn more positive attitude, the student's academic performance has improved significantly.
