| In the new era,modern vocational education has entered the stage of high-quality development,and the teaching staff has become the bottleneck restricting the high-quality development of vocational education.In order to accelerate the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges,higher vocational colleges set up teachers’ teaching innovation teams according to the requirements of national policies.Effective team management plays a positive role in improving the work performance of teachers’ teaching innovation teams and promoting team construction.With the deepening of the construction of national teachers’ teaching innovation team,it is of great significance to understand the current situation and problems of team management for optimizing the construction of "double-qualified" teachers in vocational education.This study takes the teaching innovation team of national vocational education teachers in S school in L province as a case,and uses qualitative research methods such as case study method and in-depth interview method to investigate and understand the teaching innovation team construction of national vocational education teachers in the case school.According to the idea of combining theory with practice,this research firstly analyzes the core concepts of team management and "double-qualified" teacher,Belbin’s team role theory,motivation theory and psychological contract theory,and establishes the theoretical foundation of this research.Then,an interview outline is designed for team managers and team members.After that,we conducted in-depth interviews with 10 members of the teaching innovation team of national vocational education teachers in the case school for one month,collected and sorted out the interview data,and drew the research conclusion.The investigation shows that the innovation team of industrial process automation technology teachers in S school belongs to a comprehensive team.Guided by the team management concept of collaborative innovation,the school implements people-oriented and flexible management-oriented team management to improve the team management performance.Due to the larger extent of team management,improve the system of team management system has not been formed,such as an activity form a single reason,team management team members to enhance their role to migration ability consciousness is not strong,lack of effective incentive system,and the team overall appraisal system,team members of different levels of psychological contract and other issues,affect team performance management.In view of the above problems,the reasons are analyzed,and the strategies of improving the role consciousness of team backbone members,establishing diversified and three-dimensional team incentive system,attaching importance to the establishment,maintenance and management of psychological contract of team members are put forward to further optimize team management.Different from previous studies,this study conducts a case study on the management of national vocational education teachers’ teaching innovation team,which is a brand new issue,and is expected to provide methodological guidance for optimizing the management of national vocational education teachers’ teaching innovation team. |
