A Study On The Autonomy Of Running A University

For a long time,the issue of autonomy in colleges and universities is a topic of high concern in higher education.Colleges and universities have a certain degree of autonomy in running schools,not only the requirements of the reform of higher education management system,but also the requirements of China to change the functions of government,which conforms to the law of higher education development.With the advancement of reform,the issue of autonomy in colleges and universities has achieved certain results in theoretical research and concrete practice.However,compared with the objective requirements of educational system reform,the implementation of autonomy in colleges and universities is not so ideal.It is necessary to analyze and discuss this problem in depth,so as to have a more direct and objective understanding of the concrete implementation of the autonomy of running a university in our country.On the basis of absorbing the previous research experience,this paper analyzes the practical implementation of the autonomy of running a university and the problems encountered by the literature research,historical analysis,questionnaires and interviews.Causes and put forward specific solutions.The full text is divided into five parts: the first part,for the introduction of this article.The background,significance and innovation of this topic are expounded,and the research status and concrete research methods at home and abroad are expounded.The second part mainly elaborates the connotation,the nature,the concrete content and the establishment process of the autonomy of running colleges and universities in our country.The third part,with the questionnaire survey and interview on the three colleges and universities in Henan Province,the implementation of the autonomy of the situation of research,and then from the problems found in the solution.The fourth part analyzes the reasons that affect the implementation of autonomy in colleges and universities.The fifth part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the social environment,the government environment,the guarantee of laws and regulations and the self-construction of colleges and universities.Safeguarding the autonomy of running a university in our country has been vigorously promoted and implemented,involving the interests of the relevant entities,so it can not be solved in one step.This study is only a preliminary attempt and exploration,hope that through their own efforts to find an effective solution for the follow-up research to make a small contribution.
