Some Questions' Research On University Autonomy

Univesity autonomy, as one of the senior education system, derived from academic freedom,can be looked on as institutional safeguard to academic freedom.In the dissertation, the author probes such series of problems as the concept of the university autonomy, existing jurisprudence basis, autonomic subject, content and the restrict to this autonomy .On tracking back to the developing process of the university autonomy, the author discuss the ,ask hard for analysising ,from the positive point of the view, the relationship between theuniversity autonomy and the development of senior education .After analysing the relationship between the university's independable right of runing university and the university autonomy and their respective anvadvantages and disadvantages , the author points out even though they have the essential difference , at the same time they also share more concordance and it must be the tendency that the university's independable right of runing university will develop into the university autonomy. But at present it shall be better to be named as the independable right of running university. On analysing the above problems, the pertinent suggestions on bring the independable right of runing university into constitution, expanding and consummating the independable right of running university are given.
