communication with them.Therefor education field actively promotes teachers to listen,and the so caled “Peaceful Revolution” has been occurred in various regions,they have urged that teacher should learn how to listen.And waiting for flower blooming.According to the practice of teaching,for some teachers they have already do very well in listening to stud of students.It was worthy of study and learning.But there are still many typical problems exist at same time.In this article,Teacher X has been selected as research object,she has been a front line teacher since she was graduated from secondary normal school.She has more than 20 years Chinese teaching experience and received a tile of Senior Chinese Teacher of Primary School.She keeps students in her heart,focuses on students,and listen to students.And she has pay attention to cultivate student’s ability and habit of listening.In terms of listening,many points of her is worthy of study and learning,and she has the most common problems than other teachers in listening.Therefore,I have chosen Teacher X as a reach object,And I’m trying to explain this listen problem of Chinese teacher in primary school within following three parts: The Meaning of teachers’ listening;The Actual Statue of Listening Behavior for Teacher X;How to Be a Good Listener.The detail as follows:The first part of the introduction mainly includes the contents of three aspects.The number one is background and significance of the research.By tracing the theory of teachers listening behavior,and using the experience of education reform in various regions,to analyzing the actual status of teacher listening behavior,and also to proving the necessity and value for teacher listening behavior research.This is the main reason for this article research.The number two is about comprehensive exposition of literature.By looking for all the literature which were related to Listening;Teacher Listening Behavior;Listening during Teaching,and Listening Teaching.The collected literature has been according to classified by the subject of research content.And to exploring the possible research space,to refining the direction of the research further,and to clearing the target and contents of the research,all of this are based on analyzing the existing research achievements.And the number three is about the content,the thought and the method of the research.Firstly,to briefly introduce the content of the article research mainly including: The meaning of Listening for Teacher.The Actual of Listening he reflection for Teacher X including the strengths and weaknesses of listening for teacher X and her reflection on listening behavior.How to be a good listener.Secondly,to explain the research methods which is used for this article research and the detail of the research thinking.The second part is to clearly explain “the mean of the listening”.And also to explain the distinction and the relation between “Listening Teaching” and “Listening during the Teaching”.Then could be explain the meaning of listening for teacher,to prove teachers’ listening behavior is part of the listening during teaching.And continually discuss the theoretical basis for teachers’ listening behavior after we define it.And clearly explain why we need this teachers’ listening behavior.And the third part is start from teacher X’ teaching activities,and to researcher her listening behavior during the teaching process the author has used the method of class observation,interview questionnaires a literature during the material collection.And to comprehensively and objectively record the actual status of teachers’ listening behavior for teacher X.the author use the summary of pre-class communication,class teaching and
