Children are the flowers of the motherland,the future of the nation,the builders and successors of the socialist cause,whether their physical and mental health development has become the focus of attention of all parents and the majority of educators.But in reality,students' aggressive behavior is very common,even in the primary school stage,and the primary school period is a particularly important period,laying a foundation for the development of students in all aspects in the future.If the aggressive behavior of primary school students is not effectively intervened and allowed to develop arbitrarily,it is likely that such students will not be able to integrate into the society smoothly in the future,thus affecting their future prospects.Therefore,this study attempts to intervene the aggressive behavior of senior grade students in primary school from the dimension of teachers' expectation,so as to improve and control the aggressive behavior.This study used case study method,interview method,questionnaire method,natural observation method and action research method to study three aggressive senior students in j Primary School in Yichun.First,a number of candidates were selected in the fifth and sixth grades by overlapping teacher and peer nominations,and then three of them were selected for a questionnaire based on the parents' wishes and research needs,the pretest scores of aggressive behaviors of the three students were calculated,and then the details of the students were obtained through teacher interviews,parent interviews and natural observation,after the study,a questionnaire survey was conducted to compare the scores of pretest and post-test in order to find out the effect of teachers' expectation on the improvement of senior students' aggressive behavior.The research results show that:First,positive teacher expectation can improve the aggressive behavior of the students in the upper grade of primary school.In this study,the author selected three cases,the use of teacher expectancy intervention,their aggressive behavior has been significantly improved.Second,According to the differences of aggressive behavior,students' character and teachers' teaching style,we should make different plans and take different intervention measures.Third,the severity of aggressive behavior,the length of study,family and social factors will affect the improvement effect.Therefore,in this study,three subjects in the results of the study have differences.
