Social Responsibility Oversight Of Social Enterprise

Social enterprise originated in western countries,the emergence of late in china.In recent years,with the rapid transformation of society,the development of social enterprises has entered a new stage.As a new form of organization,social enterprise has been widely concerned by all circles of the society.At the same time,the regulation of social enterprise has become a hot topic in the academic circles.In essence,the supervision and management of social responsibility performance is the supervision and management of social enterprises.Taking the social responsibility as the core,this paper tries to analyze the social responsibility regulation of Chinese social enterprises,and puts forward the specific countermeasures.It is hoped that this study will bring some ideas to the theoretical study of the regulation of social enterprises,and to promote the development and progress of the practical work.The process in this paper and research,in order to better illustrate the argument,combining a variety of research methods,analyzes the process of the development of social enterprises in Chinese in question,and puts forward some countermeasures,to provide reference for the promotion of the theory of social responsibility regulation of social enterprise in China's exploration and innovation.This study can be divided into the following aspects: The first part,this paper focuses on the research background,significance,methods,ideas and innovations of the statement,and the research achievements of western scholars are summed up,the second part of the article explains the social responsibility and its significance to social enterprises,at the same time from the theoretical analysis point of view of the theory of public governance.The third part expounds the definition of social enterprise and its rise and development in the west.The fourth part relates to the development process of social enterprises in China,and the main problems in the process of social enterprise development with social responsibility as the core.The fifth part mainly discusses the basic countermeasures of social responsibility regulation of social enterprises in China,from the analysis of internal governance and external supervision and social point of view,discuss how to construction supervision and management mechanism of enterprises to improve the society better,and put forward the corresponding optimization strategy.The sixth part of the article gives a brief summary of the full text,draws the conclusion of the study,and forecasts the future trends.
