The Research On The Social Responsibility Of Large And Medium-sized Enterprises Participating In Vocational Education

As a partner of vocational education,the enterprise has the function not only as a receiver of interns,but also a resource supplier who develops the human resources with the school and promotes the industrial transformation and upgrading with the government to improve the people's living standard.Corporate Social Responsibility Report as an window that displays the brand image of the enterprise,is to disclose the business in the economy,law,education,public welfare as an important carrier,so by analyzing the Corporate Social Responsibility Report to understand their participation in vocational education motivation,it is of great significance to clarify the vocational education and expand the social impact,explore the training mode of vocational education talents,and deepen the reform and development of vocational education.This paper starts from the analysis of the internal mechanism of enterprise participation in education,and thinks that the enterprise's desire for human capital,the pursuit of image display and the government's request to enterprise citizen have led to the participation of enterprises in vocational education,and then discussed the characteristics of charitable donation model,school-enterprise cooperation model and community collaboration model,as well as mutual benefit mechanism,long-term interaction mechanism,effective organization mechanism.In the empirical investigation part,300 Corporate Social Responsibility Reports were analyzed from three dimensions of different nature,different industries and different development years.At the same time,the specific situation of enterprises participating in vocational education was used to help analyze.The survey shows that private enterprises behave better than state-owned enterprises;Manufacturing,mining,finance and catering industry do well in school-enterprise cooperation;the older enterprises have much more strategic awareness then younger enterprises.This research also finds many problems,such as enterprises lack the sense of responsibility,enterprises put internal training in high place but ignore other vocational education responsibility,and industries vary diversity.Finally,in the proposed part,this paper gave some suggestion to improve the problem from the government,industry,enterprise three levels of countermeasures,that are,to improve the policy system for enterprises to participate in vocational education to improve system security;deepen the integration of production and education for enterprises to participate in vocational education to improve the industry environment;Enterprises participate in vocational education to increase strategic chips.
