With the implementation of new curriculum reform,political lesson function from imparting knowledge to the students' autonomous learning guidance,not only to enable students to acquire knowledge,but also to help students form good emotions,attitudes and values,as well as the ability.This requires thought political lesson teacher must establish new teaching view and students view,lets the student as the main body of knowledge to build,implement efficient classroom.Political lesson "problem-inquiry" teaching mode is an important means to implement efficient classroom teaching and its emphasis on the process of implementation,in class by creating problem situation,determined to explore,to guide students in independent and cooperative,trying to find the problems in the process of inquiry learning,take the initiative to solve the problem,so that students in acquire basic knowledge and basic skills of learning to learn at the same time,and form the correct values.This thesis is divided into four parts,the first part Outlines the political lesson "problems,to explore the teaching model" the connotation,characteristics,theoretical basis and the importance of implementation.The second part,respectively,from the problems and explore the two stages in this paper,political lesson "problem-inquiry" teaching mode of the implementation of the main points,.Third part elaborated the political lesson "problem-inquiry" teaching mode of operating procedures,namely creating problem situation,determine the inquiry,the implementation of inquiry activity,evaluation of exploration results.The fourth part elaborated the political lesson teaching practice "problem-inquiry" teaching mode in teaching practice,analyzes the problems existing in the application of the model in practice teaching and countermeasures,and aims to promote the high school thought political lesson "problem-explore" the effective implementation of the teaching mode.
