With the implementation of new curriculum reform, the high school thought politicallesson function from imparting knowledge to the students’ autonomous learning guidance,not only to enable students to acquire knowledge, but also to help students form goodemotions, attitudes and values, as well as the ability. This requires thought political lessonteacher must establish new teaching view and students view, lets the student as the main bodyof knowledge to build, implement efficient classroom. High school thought political lesson"problem-inquiry" teaching mode is an important means to implement efficient classroomteaching and its emphasis on the process of implementation, in class by creating problemsituation, determined to explore, to guide students in independent and cooperative, trying tofind the problems in the process of inquiry learning, take the initiative to solve the problem,so that students in acquire basic knowledge and basic skills of learning to learn at the sametime, and form the correct values.This thesis is divided into four parts, the first part Outlines the high school thoughtpolitical lesson "problems, to explore the teaching model" the connotation, characteristics,theoretical basis and the importance of implementation. The second part, respectively, fromthe problems and explore the two stages in this paper, the high school thought political lesson"problem-inquiry" teaching mode of the implementation of the main points,. Third partelaborated the high school thought political lesson "problem-inquiry" teaching mode ofoperating procedures, namely creating problem situation, determine the inquiry, theimplementation of inquiry activity, evaluation of exploration results. The fourth partelaborated the high school thought political lesson teaching practice "problem-inquiry"teaching mode in teaching practice, analyzes the problems existing in the application of themodel in practice teaching and countermeasures, and aims to promote the high school thoughtpolitical lesson "problem-explore" the effective implementation of the teaching mode.
