The teacher's educational belief is the teacher's determination and conviction of a certain concept, educational value, and educational thought.Education belief is the spiritual guide of teacher's life.It directly affects the teacher's perception and judgment, and then affects the teacher's education behavior. In recent years, with the deepening of education reform, how to cultivate teachers' belief in education has become an important issue in teacher education.Culture is the environment in which education is located, and it is the root cause of educational beliefs. At present, the research on teachers' educational beliefs is increasing from a cultural perspective, but most of them remain in the attribution strategy. There is little research on the evolution of educational beliefs based on cultural perspectives. This is exactly the purpose of this study. This study mainly uses literature research method, case analysis method and historical analysis method to analyze and analyze the evolution of teacher education belief under the mainstream culture pattern in different periods after the founding of the People's Republic of China. The paper is mainly divided into five parts. The first chapter mainly analyzes the history of the development of China's mainstream culture since the founding of the People's Republic of China, and discusses the reasons why political culture, elite culture, and mass culture have become mainstream cultures, various types of cultural concepts, characteristics, and values of people under this cultural pattern. The stage teacher education belief provides a cultural background. The second chapter explores the faith of teacher education in the political culture. It mainly manifests itself in the educational concept of serving the country, the traditionally oriented view of students, and the view of teachers as the social spokesperson. The third chapter mainly discusses the educational beliefs of the elitist culture, which are mainly manifested in the transitional and gradually imbalanced education view, the authority and solidified view of the students, and the concept of love and self-improvement.The fourth chapter studies the teacher's educational beliefs under the popular culture paradigm, which is mainly manifested in the individualized education concept, the exploration and the improved student outlook, and the teacher concept related to making a living. The fifth chapter carries on cultural reflection on the evolution of educational beliefs. From the evolution process of teacher education beliefs under different cultural patterns,it can be found that the deviation of education value orientation leads to the educational beliefs and the persistence of the concept of students leads to the ossification of educational beliefs. The decline of the intellectual spirit of teachers has led to the utilitarianization of educational beliefs. On the basis of cultural reflection, with the orientation of cultural appeal, cultural identity, and cultural awareness in the new era, teachers' perspectives on education have been constructed from three perspectives: teachers' value orientation, teachers' self-reflection ability, and the enrichment of teachers' spiritual world.
