In the information society of today,people face in various forms,a large amount of data every day,how to obtain valuable information from such complex data,and to analyze and judge the next step,we need people to have the ability of data analysis,therefore,has become a modern data analysis ability an indispensable quality.In 2015,the fifth session of the basic education reform and development forum,it also puts forward that the core qualities of mathematics discipline should include: mathematical abstraction,intuitive imagination,logical reasoning,mathematical modeling,mathematical operations and data analysis.In Standard for compulsive education of mathematics curriculum(2011),“concept of data analysis” is a core concept for statistical curriculum.Among them,the quality of data analysis is mentioned,not only in the concept of high school core literacy,from the 2011 compulsory education mathematics curriculum standard,put forward the corresponding concept,and as the core concept.The research is based on the second primary school students in the development of the concept of data analysis.In this study,data analysis connotation of general ideas into four dimensions,namely: first: Data consciousness;second: the experience of data contained in the information;third: according to the background of choosing the appropriate method;fourth: through data analysis realize randomness.To the students in the grasp of “statistics and probability” in the knowledge points are analyzed,and on the basis of four dimensions,using the method of literature research method,students pencil and paper test method and interviews with teachers,1232 students in 5 primary school in Jinzhou city as the research object,analyze the investigation and development of primary school students' concept of data analysis.At the same time,interviewed with some of the school teachers to understand the actual situation of students' learning and teachers' teaching.The survey collected data based on the data that second primary school students the concept of data analysis while the overall development level is rising trend,but the concept of data analysis students' overall development level is still low;students' statistical thinking ability is weak,the average number of statistical significance for lack of understanding;due to the lack of the basic activities of some experience,leading student data awareness is weak.According to the investigation of students and teachers' problems,put forward the following suggestions:(1)based on the core competence teaching ideology to enhance the teachers' professional ability: first,need to change their ideas,to keep pace with the times,to understand the mathematical teaching implementation of contemporary thought and teaching ideas,improve teachers professional ability,improve the quality of teachers and to cultivate students' mathematical literacy core.(2)the flexible use of teaching materials,the creation of effective classroom activities: teachers for teaching,research and analysis should be applied flexibly,appeared in the textbook case,experimental activities create close to reality,realize the "teaching with textbooks,instead of teaching materials" thought.
