In recent years,our country economy continues to develop,especially the development of the tertiary industry,more rural labor work for the third industry,widening the manufacturing workforce gap.The current manufacturing industry in China is not only faced with the recruitment difficult problem,also facing the enterprise employee turnover rate is too high,difficult position for workers.Influenced by the family planning policy,China's overall labor supply is on the decline,the current rural migrant workers have more requirements for work,the selectivity is more,a lot of employees in choosing a job tend to choose the work intensity is small,high wages,treatment good enterprise.The author of the HX enterprise specialized in practice is in fuzhou,HX enterprise is a production of minced fish products of labor-intensive enterprises,the production of the enterprise has the characteristics of the season,so the employment has the characteristics of the season,production into the peak season in the second half of a year,due to low production off-season when labor demand,the company existing first-line production workers is far from enough to use,before the season began to a large number of recruitment,and within three days after the new hires the retention rate of only sixty percent,nearly forty percent of new employees in just three days before the entry is due to a new life or production environment does not adapt to and leave.After the new hires will face a lot of adaptability problems,as some of the basic life adaptation,dormitory and asked workshop in interpersonal relationships.HX enterprise existing human resources management in the problem of adaptability of new employee on board on there are not enough perfect,social work to increase the enterprise social work with social work of professional knowledge and technology,the EAP theory and human resource management,the combination of interventional management for new employees,in order to understand the new employee's real needs,so as to promote new employees to improve their adaptability,lower cost of enterprise human resources,improve the welfare of employees.This article obtains from the theoretical research,and find out the theoretical basis of the problem analysis and problem solving,respectively,from the enterprise new employees of life adaptation and social work intervention in production adaptability,help employees to adapt to the new life and production environment,reduce the cost of enterprise,maintain social stability,has important research significance.
