At present,Chinese social development has entered a new era.In the new period,Chinese corporate development is taking off,at the same time,the requirements for corporate development are becoming more and more stringent,competition is becoming more and more intense,and the occupational pressure of employees is increasing,especially for married and educated female employees in enterprises.They generally have psychological and physical problems,and more and more people suffer from occupational diseases.At the same time,coupled with the huge pressure on family and social affairs,if not addressed in a timely manner,long-term accumulation will deepen the sense of frustration for employees.Distressed.If this situation continues,it will have a serious impact on employees and the company.One of the goals of corporate social work is to prevent and resolve the occupational stress of employees in advance,use professional knowledge to find and solve problems,improve employee productivity,and then improve the production efficiency of enterprises to achieve a win-win situation.Due to the immature development of corporate social work in China,many companies have not introduced professional social work talents to provide employees with a variety of systematic services,lack scientific methods and theoretical foundations,and fail to adjust the pressure of employees in a timely manner.It is more about pursuing the work efficiency of employees and ignoring the various psychological problems of employees.In the long run,it will definitely increase the occupational panic and burnout of employees.Therefore,the intervention service of social work has a great effect and professional advantages on improving the problems of enterprises.The author conducted a professional internship in W enterprise from September to December 2019,and noticed the working status of married and female employees of the enterprise and the problems faced daily,combined with the observation and communication of employees on weekdays,to analyze the causes of the problems.Under the concept of people-oriented and self-help service,adhere to the principle of protecting the privacy of the case owner,based on the theory of social support,the theory of superior perspective and the theory of gender,adopt the rational emotional therapy model,as well as the method of literature analysis and non-structural interview,and make professional intervention in the case social work of a married and female employee in W enterprise.This intervention carried out a total of 9 services,after the end of the service,the author through the before and after questionnaire analysis,before and after the measurement form analysis and the case master filled out the "case work intervention service satisfaction scale" to assess the intervention service,the case owner is very satisfied with this service,service objectives achieved.The results of this service help the case owner effectively reduce occupational stress,learn to solve the pressure methods and techniques,reasonable planning career,with a positive and optimistic attitude into work and life,but also for other social work in the future professional intervention research to provide a corresponding reference.
