Research purposes: To study the preload training course of the women seven-a-side rugby game,and to formulate an evaluation system for the women rugby high-loaded football training course,which will provide a theoretical basis for the evaluation of the preload training course for women rugby matches.Research method: Collect the data of the distance,training intensity,speed characteristics,and real-time heart rate characteristics of the Jiang su Women Seven-A-Segment rugby team before heavy-duty training for a period of seven months,using Sysmex Whole Blood Cell Analyzer,Hitachi 7020 Biochemistry Analyzer,Access 2 Microparticle Chemiluminescence Immunoassay Analyzers,etc.Instrumental Analysis Monitored female athletes in Jiangsu Province for seven months.Hemoglobin,creatine kinase(CK),urea nitrogen,serum testosterone(T),and other indicators of precom petition training The changes in the previous day and the next day after the training session are used to evaluate the index system construction.Research results:(1)The content of the large-load training course is rich,and the time for the full-load training course is 89.12±7.74 min,and the whole class practice density reaches 91.37%.(2)Walking or rest in the heavy load training class accounted for 31.25% of the total activity time;jogging accounted for 28.10% of the total activity time;middle and low-speed running accounted for 7.96% of the total running time;medium-high speed running accounted for 14.55 of the total running time %;High-intensity quick run accounted for 6.53% of the total running time,and sprint run accounted for 11.61% of the total run time.The average running distance is 4105.76 m,the average training volume is 362.74,and the average training intensity is 9.15.Among them,the distance between the low-and medium-speed running distance and the high-intensity and fast-moving distance is significantly more than that of the forward.(3)The average heart rate of heavy-duty training courses is maintained at around 150 bpm and the maximum heart rate is at 202 bpm.The difference in serum creatine kinase levels on January 17,April 22,July 12 and July 19 was significant,with cortisol on April 22,July 12 and July 19,respectively.Serum testosterone levels had significant differences before and after training.The research conclusions s:(1)In the large-load training class,the athletes have rich content in exercises,adequate course time,high practice density,and high training intensity.(2)The running distance of the large-load training class is obviously higher than the average running distance of the national team.Jogging,low-and medium-speed running,high-speed running,and high-intensity fast running and sprinting are higher than the national team average.The distance between the middle and low speed running backs and high-intensity fast running distances of the back-forward is significantly more than that of the forward.(3)The training center rate is the highest in the medium-high intensity load range,and the low-intensity and high-intensity load areas have a smaller proportion.Metabolism-related changes in cortisol,testosterone,and creatine kinase levels occurred during some training periods,suggesting that the exercise load was excessive.
