This study use the method of literature review, expert interviews, experimentation, match monitoring and case analysis research,to research the several progressive and in-depth content including the reliability and validity of collecting equimpment, the theoretical system of football match load, the standard establishing of running speed threshold for youngth football players in different ages, characteristics of match load of youngth Players, the relationship between match load and traning load. The aim is to provide a comprehensive and in-depth discussion on the characteristics and instructures of match load for youngth football players,in order to provide design ideas and theoretical basis for the scientific training, identification and sports monitoring of youngth football players.Main conclusions below:Conclusion1: In this study,GPS wearable devices and heart rate acquisition equipment were used to study the youth soccer match load. The experimental results show that this method has high reliability and validity level, and meets the needs of research for football training and match load.Conclusion2: Through the field test, the physiological index parameters of youngth football players of different age groups were obtained, and the running speed threshold standard suitable for all aspects of our young players was established. The speed threshold could be applied to daily training and competition monitoring to improve the accuracy and scientific of monitoring data.Conclusion3: The external match load showed different changes with age: the total running distance showed a gradual increase trend with age, while the average running strength showed the characteristics of "U" shape;Under different speed threshold, the running distance showed different changing characteristics with age,the distance of low intensity running increased with the increase of age.The medium intensity distance running at the age of U16 had a sudden increase, and the distance of high intensity running showed "U" shape. The ratio among low medium and high intensity running distance is about 6:3:1.The ratio between aerobic and anaerobic activity is about 3: 1,and the proportion increases gradually with age.Conclusion4: The external match load showed typical positional characteristics. The positional characteristics did not change with the change of age,and to a certain extent, they were the same as the adult games. They showed typical regionalization of activities.Conclusion5: In the youngth football match, team running performance is not the key factor that affects the outcome of the competition. The average running intensity of players of all ages in China is lower than that of the same age group in foreign countries, showing a slower pace of competition.Conclusion6: In all age groups, the average %HRmax was between 80% and 83%,with 62%-76% of the time above 80%HRmanx.The internal match load did not show significant age and positional characteristics, which may be due to the limitation of the heart rate index.Conclusion7: The fatigue of players in all ages is mainly reflected in the end of the first and second half, the beginning of the second half and the post-duration of the high intensity activity.
