| Nowadays,the teaching atmosphere of mathematics classroom in experiment junior middle school is not very satisfactory and the teaching efficiency is not high.Teaching ignores the initiative and all-round development of the students,which result in the students’ emotional weariness.However,“students-oriented education” is the education designed for the learning of the students in order to respect the life,the nature and conform to the nature of the children.Under the guidance of this theory,as a mathematics teacher in junior middle school,the author manages to apply the students-oriented teaching model to his teaching,through this research,the author has a more intuitive and thorough understanding of the current situation and problems of the students in the classroom and improve the efficiency of the students-oriented teaching model.This thesis consists of five parts:The first part is mainly about the review about the students-oriented education abroad and at home.Considering the requirement of the new times and the New Curriculum Standard,the author presents the research background,research contents,research significance and research methods.In the second part,the author presents the connotation of the students-oriented education and the concrete steps of the students-oriented teaching model.In the third part,through the collection and the analysis of the questionnaire result,the author finds out the main problems in the concrete application of the students-oriented teaching model in junior middle school and has an analysis.The forth part is the focus of this research.The author will present the correspond measures according to the above problems and the current situation of the author’ school.The last part is the reflection on the research.It includes the main findings,the limitation and the suggestions for the future research. |
