As the new class reform promotes throughout the whole country, recently, the learning way of "self-managing, co-operating, exploring" has become more and more important in the secondary education, and is widely used in teaching practice. Through this practice, we clearly recognize the new feature and requirements of this new class reform, "Oriented on Students" and "Innovate Bravely". School education must focus on waking up, digging deep and promoting student's potential. As a teacher, one have to concern about establishing both student's comprehensive ability and their will to learn life-long, so that to let them enjoy sustainable development."Student Oriented Education", as a key kind of modern education thought, needs to set students the main body of the class. Its core thought is to highly respect and fully rely on students in the class, to make them learn in themselve's practice, research and communication. In one word, it is to change from "Teacher Leading Education" to "Student Oriented Education". Its key point is to mostly arouse the inner enthusiasm of students, to let them learn basic knowledge and skill by themselves through communication in independent learning and co-working. Through this education method, students can master mathematics in a lively, personalized and initiate way. As a young teacher of secondary school mathematics, lead by the new philosophy of "Oriented on Students" and "Innovate Bravely", I tried to form a innovative and student oriented classroom. Throughout recent year's efforts, I have picked up my perception. That is why I chose this subject. Through theoretical analysis of "Student Oriented Education" and "Student Oriented Innovation", combining with my teaching practice and teaching design, I systematically explained its practice strategy and evaluating indicator. At the same time, I also pointed out my puzzles and questions from my personal experience in the forming of "Student Oriented Class". I hope to discuss with others in this field, and to promote the perfection of "Student Oriented Innovation". Several awarded teaching design on practicing "Student Oriented" classroom are listed in the back.This paper is divided into 6 chapters with the content of: stChapter On the traditional and widely used "Teacher Oriented" teaching, put forward the new feature and requests of the new class reform, "Oriented on Students" and "Innovate Bravely", and the reason to choose it.2nd Chapter Theoretical analysis of "Student Oriented Education" and "Student Oriented Innovation" in mathematics education.3rd Chapter Case analysis and systematically explanation of tactics to practice "Student Oriented Innovation" in class.4th Chapter The questions and thoughts in practicing "Student Oriented Innovation"5th Chapter Cases The evaluation of "Student Oriented Innovation" class's development and Some of my experience and gains in taking part in the new class reform through 2003 to 2010 was connected in the appendix. Please point out mistakes so that they can be corrected.
