Research On China's Fertility System From The Perspective Of Social Change

Reproductive behavior as a basic biological function,from the ancient natural fertility concept to the rights stipulated by law today,has experienced a series of changes caused by the changes of the society,including legal,moral,policy,economic and other aspects.With the continuous development of society,the existing fertility system cannot adapt to this kind of changes.Therefore,our country's fertility system has been developing with the social changes.The development of the birth system in the history has a clear sense of times,with the replacement of dynasty,the birth system is constantly improving too.However,in the process of the changes of the fertility system,there will be all kinds of problems.This article,from the perspective of social change,summed up the law of development of China's reproductive system through analyzing the main reproductive system in the history.Besides,it not only summarizes the main types of conflicts of our modern reproductive system and its reasons,but,starting from the real cases,to the case itself as an opportunity to tap the causes behind the conflict,so as to the construction of our fertility system put forward feasible comments and suggestions.
