In fact, since twentieth Century70’s family planning policy hasbecome China’s basic national policy of family planning policy in a, honed andperfected. In2013the country launched separate two-child policy, it is to makeadjustment in order to adapt to changes in the population structure of our country.Fertility desires and fertility behavior is an important part of fertility, many expertshave confirmed that because of the influence of many factors, there are differencesbetween the fertility desires and fertility behavior, the same kind of people in differentregions may exist. This paper aims to explore the same people in different regions ofspace, whether there are differences in the fertility, reproductive behavior, if there is adifference, what degree of difference, this difference is how the degree caused bywhat factors and influencing factors.I visited Nu Jiang, Fugong County, village Wu Di Cun frame bottom andTengchong County of Baoshan City, Rui Dian Zhen Shui Cheng Cun, through thequestionnaire method to collect first-hand information, then uses statistical analysissoftware for statistical analysis of survey data, the results show that the two wishes offertility, fertility behavior exist certain differences, mainly reflected on the desiredchildbearing number and gender, the actual birth number and gender. At the sametime, uses the method of qualitative research interview, analysis its fertility, fertilitybehavior exists regional difference, economic system, cultural, regional openness andpersonal, family and other factors. After comparing the differences and mining leadsto differences of the factor that the two wish birth level higher than the actual level offertility regulation, the family planning policy has limited to some extent, the role ofregulation and control policy for certain regions (such as Li Wu Di Cun) is moreobvious; the influence of traditional concept of prominent change of fertility desire is;a phased process; degree and influence of economic development on two different village will fertility and reproductive behavior is not the same.To achieve the coordination of various regional population and resources,environment, fertility, fertility behavior more reasonable is the basis for thecoordination of the traditional idea of reproduction, need to change to the moderntransformation of fertility concept, specific area to fertility desire nature, the externalforced birth concept into their own fertility values. According to the western Yunnanand northwestern border region, enhance economic development, regional opendegree and the culture and education is the basic way to improve the overall level ofthe local. |
