Between twenty-first Century of all countries in the world competition is the competition in economy and technology,people strong sense,cultivate all-round development of excellent talent to improve the country's comprehensive strength and competitiveness of the world,and the need of cultivating talents of high-quality education.Primary school is the foundation of other secondary and higher education,which is a very important foundation for the cultivation of excellent talents.As a teacher,primary school teachers play a very important role.Therefore,the degree of satisfaction of primary school teachers' job satisfaction directly affects the development of primary school teachers and the strength of the school.Today,in the context of educational reform,in order to adapt to the development of science and technology in twenty-first Century,it is of great practical significance to study the primary school teachers' job satisfaction.In the learning and understanding of professional knowledge such as education,education management,psychology etc.at the same time,I seriously education and understanding of the concept and theory of job satisfaction,job satisfaction,both at home and abroad on Teachers' job satisfaction data were carefully sorting and classification,and specifically to the primary school teachers' job satisfaction questionnaire compiled.In this paper,the M primary school teachers in Linjiang city of Jilin province were selected as the research object,and the questionnaire survey and individual interviews were conducted to investigate and compare the current situation of primary school teachers' job satisfaction.The basic situation of the city primary school teachers'job satisfaction questionnaire from two factors of personal background and organizational climate,occupation values on different gender,age,seniority,education,marital status,job title,teaching subjects,the monthly wages of 8 aspects of the.This paper mainly studies the current situation of primary school teachers' job satisfaction,and the relationship between the factors that influence teachers' job satisfaction and teachers' job satisfaction.This paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve teachers' job satisfaction from 5 aspects.First,correctly understand the connotation of people-oriented,play the leading role of teachers,relieve the pressure of teachers.Second,continue to increase investment in basic education,improve the treatment of teachers,improve the social status of teachers.Third,enhance the leadership of primary school principals,establish an open organizational atmosphere,improve teachers' participation in school affairs management.Fourth,provide teacher training opportunities,improve the overall quality of teachers,establish a positive professional values.Fifth,pay attention to students' physical and mental health,to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,and promote the development of education.
