In recent years,the government and society pay more and more attention to preschool education,and put forward higher requirements on the development of pre-school education.High quality preschool education needs a high level of kindergarten teachers as the basis,and kindergarten based training is an important and effective means to promote kindergarten teachers' professional quality in our country.But because of the kindergarten training at primary stage in many ways,is not perfect,so the study of kindergarten teachers kindergarten training,has certain theoretical and practical significance for the professional development of kindergarten teachers.This study further questionnaire survey and interviews with teachers and principals Xinmiao kindergarten of Yanji City,analyzes the teacher training in Yanji City Park Xinmiao kindergarten And the existing problems,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestionsThis study takes X kindergarten beginning teachers in Yanji city as the research object,using literature method,survey method,interview method,training status investigation of Yanji city X kindergarten beginning teachers of kindergarten based training.Analysis method training target,content,effect of four aspects of the Yuan Benpei training evaluation and training,and in-depth analysis of the existing the problem.According to the results of the survey and interview,put forward some suggestions,and further enrich the research on the training of new teachers Park,to provide some useful reference for the future development of new teachers of kindergarten based training work.Through investigation and research,draw the following conclusion:first,the training goal is not clear,the beginning teachers of their own professional development standards are not clear.Second,the contents of training pertinence and practicability to novice teachers can not obtain the required knowledge and ability,can effectively solve the problems and confusion.Third,training form novel,single cause of novice teachers' enthusiasm is not high,the innovation ability and the divergent thinking is limited,can not make full use of training resources.Fourth,training evaluation and assessment system is not perfect.To solve the above problems,put forward the following suggestions:first,make clear the training target,training direction.Second,set to meet training needs of beginning teachers.Third,diverse forms of training,broaden the training channel resources.Fourth,improve the training evaluation system,establish and perfect the training system.
