In recent years,the development of preschool education has become a hotspot of great concern of country and people.With the rise of newly built public kindergartens,the contradiction between supply and demand of “difficult to enter and expensive to enter” has been alleviated to some extent,but the overall level and quality of the newly established public kindergartens need to be improved has become a new issue of preschool education The level of teachers' professional literacy is an important factor affecting the level and quality of newly-built public kindergartens.The kindergarten-based training is an important way to improve the professional literacy of teachers.Therefore,the kindergarten-based training of newly-built public kindergarten teachers should be a common concern.This study takes the newly-built public kindergarten and its teachers in the P area as the research object,and uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method,observation method,and interview method to carry out investigation and research to explore the problems,causes and countermeasures of the park-based training of the newly-built public kindergarten teacher in the P area.The study found that the number of newly-built public kindergartens in District P has increased exponentially,the management staffing of the administrative department of education is seriously inadequate,and the management of preschool education is difficult;the management policy for the park-based training of newly-built public kindergarten teachers is not well-developed,and the regional research and training mechanism is Imperfect;in the process of implementing park-based training,newly-built public kindergartens lack the basis of higher-level management policies and the support of effective management mechanisms.The management of newly-builtpublic kindergartens in District P is inadequate.Existing managers are generally younger,have less teaching experience,lack of professionalism,lack of management experience,and have a large number of management issues.The construction of system-based training for newly-built public kindergartens is not complete.Insufficient attention is paid to the training needs of teachers,and the setting of training content lacks systematicness and pertinence;the training schedule is not reasonable,the form is relatively single,and the feedback and evaluation of training effects are lacking.At the same time,the teachers of the newly-built public kindergarten in Area P did not fully understand the development needs of the newly-established public kindergarten,and their career planning was lack of scientific nature.Teachers were generally younger,less-educated,and less educated.They lacked the awareness of active learning in training and participation,the enthusiasm of the school-based training is not high.The above problems and reasons lead to the unsatisfactory quality and effectiveness of the kindergarten-based training of newly-built public kindergarten teachers.Based on the results of the investigation and research,and in combination with related research theories,this study attempts to make recommendations and countermeasures from the four aspects of education administration departments,kindergartens,teachers,networks and communities.First of all,the administrative department of education should perfect the management policy of the park-based training of newly-built public kindergarten teachers,establish and improve the research and training mechanism in the area,and gradually allocate and complete the management staff of newly-built public kindergartens.Secondly,each newly-built public kindergarten should establish and improve the teacher-based training system,optimize the training implementation plan,establish and improve the effect feedback and evaluation mechanism,and increase the funding for garden-based training.Third,teachers of newly-built public kindergartens should fully understand the development needs of their newly-established public kindergartens,formulate career plans scientifically,and actively learn and actively seek knowledge during training to continuously improve their professional qualities.Finally,the network of teachers' continuing education training and social resources such as community education colleges and libraries should provide more help for the professional growth of newly-built public kindergarten teachers.
