After 40 years of reform and exploration,the professionalism of preschool education in China has become more and more prominent.Novice teachers are an important force in the kindergarten faculty,but in practice they lack the dynamic attention to their professional development.Because of the lack of practical experience,novice teachers can't adapt to the kindergarten teaching work.The post-employment training of novice teachers is urgently needed to help them improve their professional ability.Therefore,in-depth study of the status quo of novice teachers' after-service training,reviewing the problems existing in the current after-service training,and exploring operational countermeasures and suggestions are of great significance for building a quality faculty.At the same time,it is conducive to the advancement of the entire preschool education.In this study,the novice teachers in kindergartens in F province were investigated.The questionnaires and interviews were used to investigate the current situation of novice teachers participating in post-employment training.First of all,from the aspects of the type,form,frequency,time,content and type of lectures of teachers participating in post-employment training,a detailed description and analysis of the status quo of teachers' post-employment training is carried out.Secondly,the main problems of its existence are deeply analyzed: the training policy is imperfect,the training management is not in place,the training form is traditionally monotonous,the training target is unclear,and the training content is not practical.Finally,in order to improve the effectiveness of novice teachers' post-employment training,relevant countermeasures are proposed:perfecting the training policy for novice teachers,strengthening training management,accurately establishing training objectives,improving the effectiveness of training content,and advocating diversified training forms.In order to improve the professional competence of novice teachers,we will promote the construction of high-quality pre-school teachers.
