In September 2001 the kindergarten education guidelines(try out)was promulgated,our country entered the stage of quality improvement the connotation development of preschool education career,emphasis on pre-school education enterprise in our country has also improved.The outline points out:pre-school education as an important part of basic education,is the stage of school education and lifelong education,pre-school education in our country plays an important role in the development of education undertakings,and high levels of early childhood education mainly depends on the exaltation of teacher's quality status,preschool teachers' professional development can drive the overall development of kindergarten,thus promote the all-round development of preschool education in China.The new teacher is a special group of kindergarten teachers,in a specific stages of teacher professional development,is a kindergarten teachers should not be ignored in a new force,in the process of improve preschool teacher's professional accomplishment,we should pay special attention.Garden this training as an effective means to improve kindergarten new teachers accomplishment,is one of the most economic,most effective way of training,is the effective way to promote kindergarten teachers' team construction in our country.This study run by the local kindergarten new teachers with changsha as the research object,mainly adopts the literature material law,questionnaire survey method and interview method.Research mainly from changsha city private kindergarten new teachers to participate in the garden this training time,teachers,system construction,training methods,training content,training mode of examination,the effect of training to get to know new private kindergarten teachers in changsha city garden this training.Study of changsha new private kindergarten teachers garden this training exist the following problems:1,garden this training lecturer single;2,the new teacher the training content design is not reasonable;3,training,no corresponding appraisal mechanism.After investigation,the above problems factors mainly include:first of all,for the private kindergarten this training theory research,the lack of theoretical system,the guidance of kindergarten garden this training is optional;The second point,because the two child policy open,private kindergartens have sprung up across China,around the construction of teachers team serious couldn't keep up with industry's rapid development,serious lack of experienced senior teacher is;Third,private kindergarten many managers is that investors,is not a professional education management,lack of understanding of the importance of early childhood teachers training,is not willing to invest more energy,funds to support this training.In changsha city private kindergarten garden this problems existing in the training of the new teacher,this study put forward the following Suggestions:1,the kindergarten should invest to build long-term kindergarten development mechanism;2,the demand of the new teachers' professional development as the guidance,training form diversification;3,pay attention to the new teacher training needs,to optimize the design of the training;4,improve the training evaluation system,set up special training platform.
