Human resource is the first resource.In the knowledge economy age,human resource is the most important resource and the core that promotes the developmemt of economy.In fact,the world's competition today is the competition of talent.It is concerned with the Chinese sport's healthy development whether the high-quality sports human resource can be better developed or efficiently play a important part in the efficiency of talents.At the sane time,High-quality coaches resources,efficient coaches development,determines the strength of the club,determines whether the club will achieve the long-term development in the fierce market competition as well as the club strength is decided by the excellent coach resource and high effeciency develooment of coaches.The paper mainly talks about the coach human resource development of Beijing Dream Summit Sports Club adopting some research methods like the interview method,observational method,data studies and mathematical statistics.From the view of human resource development,it will explore the current situation and problem of club coaches construction and the effective forms,ways of the coach development in Dream Summit basketball club coaches which is based on the overall observation and analysis to the club planning and coach.All of these aspects are to provide the theoretical reference for the future development of the club coaches.Through the comprehensive and systematic analysis and exporation of coach human resource development in Beijing Dream Summit Sports Club,some conclusions are drawn :(1)The coaches of this Sports Club show a trend who are highly educated,younger age and the whole quality is not high;There exists a certain proportion of part-time coaches whose working period are short,lacking experience and a large staff turnover.(2)The main problems about the development of club coaches include: low quality of the whole coaches;a large coaches turnover and a lack of overall planning,implementation of the lower intensity;the single way selection with "family" color and lacking in the systematic training system as well as the internal drive;performance test tends to formalization and a singleframework and is short of incentives which exists egalitarianism.(3)The cause of the club coaches development problems is: the poor run of development mechanism;a lack of funding and the weak development awareness.(4)Under the development plan of the club,lots of coaches demands exist,which need to form the excellent coaches in a high teaching level,mastering the teaching rules and meeting all kinds of school teaching service requirement.It is esential to develop the coaches human resources.(5)The path to optimizing the human resources of the coaches of the club is mainly included:change your ideas and develop awareness;combine the plan to improve the development goal of the trainer;improve the recruitment system and ensure excellent supply of qualified personnel;innovate training system and establish coach training mechanism;establish a perfect coach system.
