Research On Evaluation Index System Of Teaching And Training Ability Of Coaches In Beijing Amateur Basketball Club

With the extensive development of basketball,amateur basketball clubs have sprung up all over the country.As the "propaganda ambassador" of promoting the development of basketball,the coaches of amateur basketball club are closely related to the quality of teaching courses.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the teaching and training ability of the coaches of amateur basketball club.This paper establishes the guiding ideology and principle of the evaluation index system of teaching and training ability of coaches in Beijing amateur basketball club.Through three rounds of questionnaires,the evaluation index of teaching and training ability of coaches in Beijing amateur basketball club was determined.Calculate the weight coefficient of each index;The evaluation criteria table is established and the empirical analysis is made.It is proved that the index evaluation system established in this paper can scientifically and reasonably evaluate the teaching and training ability of coaches in amateur basketball clubs,so that coaches can have a good cognition of their own teaching and training ability,which is conducive to improving the quality and level of their teaching and training.In the process of the creation of the paper,the author used the methods of literature,expert interview,classical Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process,mathematical statistics and other research methods.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The evaluation indexes of teaching and training ability of coaches in Beijing amateur basketball club include four first-level indexes: teaching and training design ability,teaching and training implementation ability,teaching and training evaluation ability,basketball skills,tactics mastery and application ability.The ability to set teaching and training objectives,language expression ability,the ability to find and correct students' mistakes,and other 13 secondary indicators;The arrangement of teaching and training contents,the ability to communicate with parents,the innovation ability of teaching and training concepts and other 43 tertiary indicators.2.The weight coefficients of each level were calculated,and the weight coefficients of the first level were teaching training design ability(0.163),teaching training implementation ability(0.309),teaching training evaluation ability(0.087),basketball skills and tactics mastery and application ability(0.441).Teaching and training implementation ability and basketball skills,tactics grasp and application ability of the weight coefficient accounted forthe highest,in the index evaluation system is more important.It is the most important factor that affects the teaching and training ability of amateur basketball club coaches.3.The teaching and training ability evaluation scale for coaches of Beijing amateur basketball club was constructed,and the scientific rationality of the scale was verified by comparing the subjective score of experts with the score of using the scale.It is proved that the scale can objectively,impartially and systematically evaluate the teaching and training ability of coaches in amateur basketball clubs,facilitating coaches to find out their own shortcomings and shortcomings in the teaching and training process,and effectively improving coaches' teaching and training ability.
