It is thus clear that, sports fitness club as the business entity face to the people, is not only an important part of the sports market, but also encouraged and promoted by the country, it is an important form for the society to do sports. In2002, the state council issued by the central committee of the communist party of the "On further strengthening and improving the opinions of the sports work in the new period " also explicitly pointed out that the mass sports should be initiated by society, should guide the mass sports consumption, cultivating sports market, to establish a diversified investment business entity. But sports fitness club in our country is still belongs to the new industry, it will appear many problems in the process of the development. This paper using the literature material method, expert consultation, questionnaire and mathematical statistics research methods, based on the human capital theory and management incentive theory initially built the fitness club coaches’incentive mechanism, and then with the coaches in Nanjing Hao sand club, Longjiang Impulse fitness club, Ginger bird yoga fitness chain and D jia fitness club these four fitness clubs’as the research objects, do the empirical research on the current Nanjing sports fitness club coaches’ incentive mechanism, and then use the system dynamic analysis, the paper describes the fitness coaches’incentive mechanism between all the elements of the causal feedback and process circuit, straighten out the fitness coaches’incentive mechanism between the key factors of the mutual relationship, in order to put forward more realistic reliable countermeasures for the problems existing in the current process of Nanjing sports fitness club coaches’incentive mechanism.Through empirical analysis the process of current Nanjing sports fitness club coaches’ incentive mechanism the existing problem is:(1) The current fitness coaches appraisal standards are too onefold and unreasonable, cause internal and external incentives are not perfect. Mainly displays in the number for "sell CARDS" to determine the performance salary;(2) The managers have not yet to realize the value of human capital of the fitness coach, only "use" not to "save";(3) Facing the coach losing phenomenon, the club most use a more blind way to make up for the current openings, but that will lead to coaches erosion phenomenon intensified;(4) Ignored the club culture construction effect in the fitness coach excitation. To improve the coach’s incentive mechanism, for reduce the loss of coaches so as to achieve the club’s sustainable development, in view of the above question put forward countermeasures are:(1) Constructing a perfect fitness coach internal and external incentives mechanism;(2) Constructing the power of the human capital status and incentive system, including the fitness coach career planning, on-the-job training, training the fitness coach draw up ability for exercise prescription, to improve the value of human capital stock;(3) Take positive incentive measures to cope with the loss of the coaches;(4)Building a good enterprise culture, including fitness coaches’ teaching level, fitness coaches’ service quality, innovation ability of the fitness coaches’ and the integrity and responsibility of the fitness coaches’, enhance the fitness coaches’ enterprise belonging;(5)Combined with the fact, to make a scientific effective sports fitness club constraint mechanism to ensure the implementation of the fitness coaches’incentive mechanism.
