As a vulnerable group of postmenopausal osteoporosis, middle aged and elderly women are mainly manifested as reduced bone loss, altered bone tissue structure, impaired balance ability, and prone to fall or even fracture. This makes the bone health of middle-aged and old women pay attention to the researchers at home and abroad. The study showed that strength training could have a more positive effect on bone mineral density in middle-aged and elderly women. This paper on the basis of previous studies, adding resistance strength of aerobic exercise in practice,to find more ways to practice the effective prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women. From the Donghua gate joint cultural activity center in Dongcheng District,Beijing,34 middle-aged and elderly women aged 40~65 years old were selected and selected to fill in the informed consent. They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group of 17 people. The basic situation and bone density condition of the two groups before intervention were roughly the same, and there was no obvious difference. The two groups of subjects were all exercised for 2 times / weeks and 90 minutes / times. The experimental group was treated with aerobic and flexible resistance exercises, and the control group was only practising aerobics alone. In the experimental group, the elastic band was used as the exercise equipment, and the flexible resistance exercises of 50 minutes were carried out at 60% ~ 80%1-RM after 30 minutes of aerobic warm-up.After 36 weeks, the body area and bone mineral density of the two groups were remeasured. The data were measured by independent sample t test and paired sample t test. The changes of body area and bone mineral density of the two groups of subjects before and after intervention were analyzed and compared. The results showed that the pelvic bone density in the experimental group was lower than that before the intervention(t=-2.296,P < 0.047).The value of bone mineral density of the body area and body in the control group decreased in a different degree compared with that before the intervention, and the difference was significant. The difference of bone mineral density was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was significant(t=3.409 of lower limbs,P < 0.001;pelvic t=2.493,P < 0.049;spinal t=3.767,P < 0.001;whole body t=3.966,P < 0.001).The conclusions are as follows: 1)the bone mineral density of the middle-aged and old women aged 40~65 years old has the age increasing bone loss, and the bone mineral density in the pelvis area decreases obviously;2)36 weeks exercise intervention can effectively alleviate the decrease trend of the lower extremity, pelvis, spine and whole body bone density in middle and old aged women;3)oxygen combined flexible resistance exercise and simple aerobic exercise.Dynamic average can delay bone loss in middle-aged and old women, but the former is a more effective way to prevent and cure osteoporosis in middle-aged and old women.4)female bone density has begun to decline during the perimenopausal period. It is suggested that flexible resistance exercises should be added to daily exercise in this period.
