The progress of the era,the development of science is inseparable from the accumulation of education.Academic performance evaluation as a vanguard nature unwilling to lag behind in the evaluation of education.In today's society advocating people-oriented,academic performance evaluation is on the wave of humanistic education evaluation.This article is the subject's thought by the wind of the humanities to sports training table tennis class students academic performance evaluation for research,hope that through the research to our country movement training table tennis class students' learning and teachers' teaching quality contribute a strength.In this paper,using the survey method,set up statistics,literature,logic analysis and Delphi method to the current sports training table tennis class status of academic performance evaluation are studied,and based on the current situation of scientific research ability evaluation is inadequate;The construction of evaluation system is not complete and lack of continuity;Single assessment main body slightly;Inhumane evaluation results feedback to modify,diversification and a series of problems and put forward the own revision opinion,in view of the current status of academic performance evaluation has devised a set of index selection through the Delphi method to make the expert,and relative to the current evaluation status relatively complete evaluation system.Through the first round of the teachers and students a questionnaire after the five primary index is obtained,through expert questionnaire survey obtained after 11 secondary indexes and 38 tertiary indicators.And according to the expert questionnaire distribution of weight of each index,in after given a score of each evaluation content,according to each level indicators of evaluation criteria and evaluation feedback of the recommended way to draw a compared with the present academic performance evaluation is to be more perfect,scientific and reasonable performance evaluation result.Through research,this paper holds that should pay more attention to the construction of diversified evaluation system,evaluation content,method,etc.,not only limited to evaluation subject and feedback anyway should also with The Times progress and development,attaches great importance to the status of the evaluation of the students themselves,adhere to the people-centered education policy.Second,hope to be able to on the basis of this system further,and to contribute strength for our country's sports career together.
