Experimental operation is one of the basic methods of physics learning,and physical experiment is the main content of physics learning.With the deepening of new curriculum reform ideas,the content of the junior middle school physics teaching material experiment has been improved,compared with foreign advanced physical material is still in a vulnerable position.As we all know,America's physics experiment teaching is walking in the front of the world,the study of the same and difference of Chinese and American junior middle school physics teaching material experiment parts,can make our country's education workers look at physics teaching material in the open field of vision.It is a inspiration for junior middle school physics textbook compilation and the experimental teaching.The paper is under the title “The Comparative Study on The Experiment in Physics Textbook of Junior Middle School between China and America”,it select California junior high school physics teaching material of Physical Science(2012 edition)and the Chinese junior middle school physics teaching material "Physical" which published by People's Education Publishing to compared.The article is based on the theory of behaviorist learning theory,Gagne's theory of information processing,the participation of the network education theory,integrate the characteristics of the two countries' junior high school physics textbooks.By using literature research,comparative analysis and text analysis to compare the interrelation of experiment of the two countries' physics textbooks.The article mainly focuses on three aspects: the development of the two countries' physics teaching,the analysis of the experimental arrangement,the experimental analysis of the characteristics.Firstly,Based on physics teaching development situation is between the two countries,analysising the two countries similarities and differences in curriculum reform and the curriculum standard.Secondly,it compares the experimental arrangement of the textbooks,the number of the experiments,the using of the internet,the features of the experimental typography,and the choice of the experimental apparatus.Combining qualitative with quantitative analysis,it counts the number of the experiment and the types of the image,analyzes their respective characteristics.It can be found: the experiment in Chinese textbook requires more standard and precise,but American textbook pays more attention to lively experiment course in physics teaching and guiding students in the experimental teaching.Thirdly,the research aims at the characteristics of the two experimental comparative analysis,Through the analysis of the experimental example of the two countries,it can be find that the experiment contents in the textbooks pay more attention to students' experience process.Finally,at the end of the article,the author puts forward some suggestions on the present situation of physics experiment teaching,sum up the deficiencies of this study,and prospects for the study.
