The Optimization Strategies' Research Of The Construction Of MOOC Resources In Colleges And Universities

With the rapid development of new media technology and network technology,it basically will realize modernization of education and information of education by 2020 in“National education reform and development of long-term planning programs(2010-2020)”.When the mobile terminals and wireless networks become universal,today MOOC resources are paid attentions as a new product that combines traditional teaching and Internet technology.The level of colleges and universities are rising year by year in the domestic in many ways,such as the running conditions,the team of teachers,scientific research level and so on.what's more,Colleges and universities have been in a leadership position in promotions of educational philosophy and application of new technologies all the time.The sharing of MOOC resources that are open and high-quality can meet the individual needs of more students and teachers.The sound service systems can guarantee construction of great MOOC resources.This study investigates the status of technical education institutions in “211 Project”universities,such as the number of personnel,the internal division of labor and the specific functions in the conventional production team of teaching resources.And this study also analyzes the datum and sums up the situations.Author goes down to the Academic Affairs Office of Dalian XX University,personally participates in the construction of MOOC resources in Dalian XX University,investigates its construction of MOOC resources and researches its construction team of MOOC resources,which hopes to provide reference about optimization strategy of construction of MOOC resources.This paper looks into the development of MOOC resources and application of MOOC resources at home and abroad,understands the existing model about construction team of MOOC resources and analyzes the learning cognizance features of contemporary college students.In this paper,the theoretical bases are Learning Science theory,Unicom Learning theory and Constructivist Learning theory.And research methods are literature analysis,survey research,field visiting and interview.Combined with the actual situation that is the construction of MOOC resources in Dalian XX University,author finds that “school + outsourcing” mode is more suitable for the construction of MOOC resources in colleges and universities.This paper proposes the requirements about courses,teachers,recording environment,production and service team.At the same time,it needs the support of funding and policy,in order to protecting the sustainable development construction and application of MOOC resources in colleges and universities.
