Under the development of the Internet + era,the MOOC came into being,and the emergence and application of the MOOC made the traditional teaching methods affected.The core of the MOOC is to group the fragmented knowledge points into a complete knowledge system,which is combined with the teaching and the organic through the Internet and offline.The MOOC has gradually evolved into an important form of student learning,and the teaching method of MOOC has gradually penetrated into the traditional teaching methods.This thesis uses literature research,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods to study the teaching practice of aerobics elective courses in colleges and universities under the background of MOOC.1.The aerobics teaching based on the background of MOOC is loved by students,and the satisfaction is as high as 82%.The most important thing about this teaching method is to increase the interaction between teachers and students and students,and effectively improve the interpersonal relationship between students.Relationships enhance team collaboration.2.After the teaching experiment,the number of students interested in aerobics learning in the experimental group increased from 14 to 34,while the number of students in the control group only increased by 3,indicating “online” and “line”.Under the "teacher-student interaction,group discussion is conducive to stimulating students' interest in aerobics learning.3.In the aerobics teaching,the fragmented knowledge points are reconstructed into a system for students to learn independently.The number of students who can master the knowledge points is 15% of the total number,which is higher than the traditional teaching,which is beneficial to students to develop independent learning.Habits,develop students' self-learning ability.4.In the aerobics teaching,due to the use of video self-learning,“online”interaction,and intuitive teaching through “offline”,students' understanding of movements is more vivid and image,which is conducive to students' aerobics technical movements and complete routines.The action is fully mastered.5.After the teaching experiment,the students in the experimental group scored significantly higher than the control group in the comprehensive score evaluation at the end of the period,indicating that the teaching effect was good and the results were remarkable.Through teaching practice,it is suggested to enhance the teacher's awareness of the MOOC,in order to better optimize the practice of aerobics teaching in the context ofMOOC.In the teaching practice,it pays attention to teaching students according to their aptitude,and stimulates students' subjective initiative through “online” and “offline”interaction.Focus on the construction of evaluation methods for teaching diversity.
