In recent years,China's educational informatization process has been accelerating,and the General Office of the Ministry of Education has issued the “Key points of education informatization and network security in “2018''(hereinafter referred to as “points' ')to promote the integration of information technology,education and teaching for the education informatization work this year.The key points,and pointed out that the general application of information technology in teaching will be promoted,the use of modern information technology to build a new type of teaching organization model research,and gradually form an innovative curriculum system.In the context of educational informatization,this article takes a large-scale online online course(MOOC for short)as a research perspective,and based on the formation rules of motor skills,students' cognitive laws,and the general laws of teaching and learning,classifying learning in Simpson's action goals.Under the guidance of goal theory,we can absorb the essence of teaching system design theory.The use of action research methods,combined with the characteristics of aerobics sports programs,aims to promote learners' effective learning,highlight the learner-centered education concept,and strengthen instructional design and visual and auditory presentation effects of action skills perception,preparation,and instruction.design.Scientific and standardized instructional design and script design,effective use of lens language,and the formation of a curriculum video that meets the objectives of the university's physical education curriculum and the students”cognitive level,conforms to the characteristics of the MOOC,and reflects the aerobics technical movement structure and the analysis of technical movement characteristics example.Through the teaching experiment method,the teaching experiment of the aerobics teaching video course with the four action motions of the first action combination in the “National Standard for Aerobics Exercise'' is carried out,and the cognitive,emotional,and motor skills of the teaching goal are learned.Three aspectstest the effectiveness of teaching and found that under the same conditions of time,environment,and learning content,there is no significant difference in the level of motor skills attained by students under the conditions of aerobics MOOC video curriculum and under traditional teacher teaching conditions.The video is designed to meet student perceptions and achieve the desired teaching goals.On the basis of unchanged instructional design,after adjusting the details of teacher performance and video production in the video,the student's motor skill level was not significantly different from the first time,but the student's satisfaction with the video was slight.Rising,this shows that changing the elements of the video on the basis of the students' perceptual laws does not have a significant effect on the mastery of students' motor skills,but it can affect students' subjective feelings and learning attitudes.In response to the above conclusions:(1)The pre-complete scientific teaching design is the prerequisite and foundation for the successful production of aerobics MOOC video teaching resources.(2)Video production shall be conducted strictly according to the standard according to the production process.(3)Modifying and improving the video through multiple angles can affect students' subjective learning experience.
