Characteristics And State Anxiety Of Liaoning Women's Volleyball Players Study On The Level And Influencing Factors

With the rapid development of volleyball,volleyball athletics level rising,the volleyball players technical and tactical level,physical quality and psychological quality requirements are constantly improved.In today's youth volleyball team competition,have not only the technical and tactical level and physical quality of the competition,but the physical,technical and tactical ability,mental the level of intelligent full contest;therefore psychological quality has become a key factor affecting the game.Many researchers from different angles of anxiety were studied and discussed,but through the collation of literature found that the youth volleyball athletes trait and state anxiety and influence The research on the multidimensional analysis of the factors is still relatively small,so this article as a starting point to further explore the issueIn this paper for juvenile volleyball(women's)athletes in LiaoNing province as the research object,USES the literature material method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and other methods,characteristics and state anxiety level understanding of adolescents in LiaoNing province volleyball players,from different dimensions to explore factors influencing the anxiety of adolescents in LiaoNing province volleyball players,for young women's volleyball athletes can better devoted to training and competition,on the necessity of psychological counseling,to avoid the adverse effects of anxiety and provide a reference basis.The results are as follows:(1)Youth Volleyball Athletes in LiaoNing Province,the overall level of trait anxiety is high in social evaluation anxiety,race anxiety,failure anxiety,anxiety were higher than those of the other strength China norm play age,anxiety and injury anxiety dimension is lower than the China norm in the competitive level.(2)The state anxiety of the female volleyball players in LiaoNing province is at a high level in two dimensions:physical state anxiety and state self-confidence.(3)The low age group members of youth volleyball athletes in LiaoNing province are higher than that of the high age group in the overall level of trait and state anxiety,the state self-confidence dimension of the high age group members is higher than that of the low age group members.The overall level of trait anxiety is higher than that of the main players in the reserve team,the team state anxiety is higher than the bench in the state self-confidence the dimension.(4)Different training period and different sports level of volleyball athletes in LiaoNing province adolescent social evaluation anxiety,anxiety and other strength play competitive level of anxiety had significant difference.The short length and the lower level of women's volleyball team in the cognitive state anxiety and somatic state anxiety at a high level.(5)Training factor,self-concept factor and non intelligence factor are the main influencing factors of the anxiety of the female volleyball players in LiaoNing Province.
