With the advancement of the cultivation of students 'core literacy and the teaching reform,students' learning ability,knowledge application ability and emotional influence are paid much attention.The Ordinary High School Biology Curriculum Standard emphasizes that the content of courses should be merged with social and real life,so as to cultivate students' practice ability and problem-solving skills.As biology itself closely related to the life,the actual social life how to be integrated into biology class in an appropriate way,to create life-based situation in biology class,and to experience,explore,understand,share and communicate basing on student's own life experience.The "return to life" education could come true in this way,and the value of biology curriculum to student's future life be reflect."The molecular and cellular" was taken as example in the paper,and the strategies for creating life-based situations was focused with the present situation of the life oriented teaching situation creation in biology class of senior middle school.Theoretical part of the creation of biological life-based teaching situation in high school was researched by the literature research method.This paper discussed the reasons for this topic from four aspects such as curriculum reform and core literacy education concept,biology teaching actuality,characteristics of biology curriculum and the development characteristics of high school students,expounded the significance of the biological life-based teaching situation in senior middle school from teachers and students needs,then summarized the relevant research status,theoretical basis and the core concept of the subject.According to the actual investigation through questionnaire survey and classroom observation and the analysis of the results,the present situation of biological life-based teaching situation was gotten in senior middle school.The study shows that students like and support the life-based teaching situation,and they agree that this teaching method can promote the biology learning.However,the investigation also reveals some problems,such as,not all teachers create life-based teaching situation in biology class,creating life-based teaching situation in a simple way,still not get rid of exam-oriented education bondage and so on.In view of above problems arising from the investigation,this research puts forward five kinds of ways and methods to create the life-based teaching situation,including the use of living phenomena and hotspots,physical Objects in life,image of metaphor,some poetry and proverbs of biological knowledge,multi-media network technology,and integrating social life into exercises to create life-based teaching situation.On the basis of interpreting the contents of "Molecular and cell" module of Senior High School biology,the strategies were integrated with the specific biology teaching content by case analysis method in this paper.The case mainly designed and analyzed from the new curriculum introduction and conceptual construction,the breakthrough of the difficult point,and the construction of knowledge system,thus highlighting the superiority of life-based teaching situation.This paper was involved in the creation of life-based teaching situation of "molecule and cell" module,and exploring the specific tactics of creating the life-based teaching situation,which provides a useful reference for the teaching of "molecule and cell".It is significance to biology teachers teaching and students 'learning in middle school,to acceleration of the relationship between high school biology teaching and our social life,to the development of student's abilities and emotions,and to the fascinating charm of biology curriculum.
